David C. Novak

David C. Novak joined the Board of Directors at Comcast in 2016. Mr. Novak is the Chief Executive Officer of How Leaders Lead, which he founded in 2016. Mr. Novak served as the Chairman of the Board at Yum! Brands from 2001 to 2014 and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2014 and President and Vice Chairman from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Novak served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PepsiCo, KFC, and Pizza Hut USA from 1996 to 1997 and Chief Executive Officer and President of PepsiCo and KFC USA from 1994 to 1996 and Chief Operating Officer of Pepsi-Cola North America from 1992 to 1994 and Executive Vice President of Marketing and National Sales at Pepsi-Cola Company from 1990 to 1992 and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Pizza Hut form1986 to 1990. Mr. Novak serves on the board at the Lift-a-Life Novak Family Foundation and is responsible for the formation of The Novak Leadership Institute at the University of Missouri.
