David M. Moffett

David M. Moffett is a director of PayPal since June 2015 and served as Lead Independent Director from July 2015 to December 2018. He was a board member of eBay from July 2007 to July 2015. Mr. Moffett previously served as Chief Executive Officer and director of Freddie Mac. He also played a key role in the acquisition of Firstar Corporation and U.S. Bancorp during his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of Star Banc Corporation. Mr. Moffett is on the board of directors of CSX Corporation and Genworth Financial, Inc. He is also a Trustee for Columbia Atlantic Mutual Funds and University of Oklahoma Foundation, and serves as a consultant to various financial services companies.
