David W. Dorman

David W. Dorman is a current director of PayPal, having joined the board in June 2015. He previously served as a board member of eBay from June 2014 to July 2015. Mr. Dorman was the Non-Executive Board Chair of CVS Health Corporation, a pharmacy healthcare provider, and Founding Partner of Centerview Capital Technology Fund, a private investment firm. He is also the Chairman of the Board of InfoWorks, a portfolio company of Centerview, as of January 2019. Mr. Dorman previously served as the Chairman and CEO of AT&T Corporation, and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Motorola Solutions, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Dell Technologies, Inc. and CVS Health Corporation. Additionally, he was a board member of Yum! Brands until May 2017 and a Trustee for Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc.
