George Kurian

George Kurian joined the Board of Directors of The Cigna Group in 2021. Mr. Kurian has served as the Chief Executive Officer of NetApp since 2015 and served as the Executive Vice President of Product Development from 2013 to 2015 and Senior Vice President of Software Group from 2011 to 2013. Before joining NetApp, Mr. Kurian served as the Vice President and General Manager of Application Networking and Switching Technology Group at Cisco from 2009 to 2011 and Vice President of Application Delivery Business unit from 2005 to 2009 and Vice President of Video Networking Business Unit from 2002 to 2004. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Kurian served as the Vice President of Product Management and Strategy at Akamai Technologies. Mr. Kurian was the Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1995 to 1999 and Senior Manger of Engineering at Oracle from 1990 to 1995.
