onsemi vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not provide its employees with written protections against viewpoint discrimination, though the company has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. The company covers the cost of "medically necessary transition-related care” for its employees and their children. Otherwise, however, it has not used corporate dollars for ideological purposes. For these reasons, onsemi receives a Lower Risk rating.

onsemi will not support “faith-based organizations” or “organizations that are political in nature (advocacy, lobbying endorsing candidates for political office)” (1).
Uses corporate reputation to support ideological causes and/or organizations hostile to freedom of expression.
onsemi has not corporately endorsed ideological groups or agendas.
