Biography:

Debra L. Reed-Klages joined the Lockheed Martin Board of Directors in November 2019. She is also currently serving as a Board Member for Chevron (since 2018) and Caterpillar Inc. (since 2015). She served on the board for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. from 2018 to 2021, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC in 2018, Avery Dennison Corporation from 2009 to 2011, Genentech Inc. from 2005 to 2009, and the Halliburton Company from 2001 to 2018. Previously Ms. Reed-Klages was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of Sempra Energy from March 2017 to 2018; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from December 2012 to March 2017; Chief Executive Officer from June 2011 to December 2012; and Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2011. Prior to her time with Sempra Energy, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) and Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas) from 2006 to 2010 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2006. Before that she was the President of SDG&E and the Chief Financial Officer of both SDG&E and SoCalGas. She began her career at SoCalGas in 1978. Ms. Reed-Klages served on the National Petroleum Council for four years and has served on the boards of Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center of San Diego, the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corp., The Trusteeship International Women’s Forum, and the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering, Board of Councilors.
