Everlane has not publicly terminated business relationships due to views or beliefs. Though the company does vet suppliers for LGBTQ policies, it requires suppliers not to discriminate due to political opinion. That protection does not extend to Everlane employees. Everlane has funded the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and urged its vote and engaged in activism in response to the Black Lives Matter protests. For these reasons, Everlane receives a Medium Risk rating.

Everlane’s philanthropic efforts are primarily in the fields of environmentalism and sustainability, including the company’s efforts to promote regenerative and sustainable farming practices (1). There is no written rule prohibiting cooperation with a faith-based organization.
