Marshall S. McCrea

Mr. McCrea has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since January 2021. He is also the Chief Commercial Officer ET. Mr. McCrea was appointed as a director of Energy Transfer LP (ET) in December 2009. From November 2015 until October 2018, Mr. McCrea was the Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for the Energy Transfer family. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Operating, L.P. from June 2008 to November 2015 and President – Midstream from March 2007 to June 2008. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President – Commercial Development since January 2004. In March 2005, Mr. McCrea was named President of La Grange Acquisition LP, Energy Transfer’s primary operating subsidiary, after serving as Senior Vice President-Business Development and Producer Services since 1997.

Thomas E. Long

Mr. Long was named Co-Chief Executive Officer in January 2021. Mr. Long has also served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2016. Mr. Long was appointed to the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer LP (ET) in April 2019. Mr. Long also serves as Chief Financial Officer of ETO and was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Regency GP LLC from November 2010 to April 2015. From May 2008 to November 2010, Mr. Long served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Matrix Service Company. Prior to joining Matrix, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DCP Midstream Partners, LP, a publicly traded natural gas and natural gas liquids midstream business company located in Denver, CO. In that position, he was responsible for all financial aspects of the company since its formation in December 2005. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Long served in several executive positions with subsidiaries of Duke Energy Corp., one of the nation’s largest electric power companies. Mr. Long also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sunoco LP.

Kelcy L. Warren

Kelcy Warren is Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer LP. Mr. Warren has been a recognized leader in the energy industry for nearly 40 years. He co-founded Energy Transfer in 1996 as a small intrastate natural gas pipeline operator. Under his leadership, Energy Transfer has grown into one of the largest and most diversified publicly traded energy companies in the industry providing transportation and midstream services for natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil, and refined products. Mr. Warren has been recognized by numerous energy and business organizations for his contributions to the industry. He is a member of the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, the Texas Business Hall of Fame, and the Ammys Hall of Fame. He was also a 2020 Laureate in the Dallas Business Hall of Fame presented by Junior Achievement of Dallas and a recipient of the Hanlon Award presented by the Gas Processors Association.
