Tom P. Mason

Tom Mason is Executive Vice President of Alternative Energy and President of LNG for Energy Transfer. Mr. Mason previously served as the Partnership’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel from October 2018 to December 2022 following the merger of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. and Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. Mr. Mason also held the positions of Senior Vice President General Counsel and Secretary of Energy Transfer from April 2012 to December 2015, Vice President General Counsel and Secretary from June 2008, and General Counsel and Secretary from February 2007. He joined Energy Transfer in 2007 from the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins where he specialized in securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves on the board of USA Compression Partners. Mr. Mason was named as a Top General Counsel by the National Diversity Council in 2021.
