Bei Ling

Bei Ling has served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Wells Fargo since 2021. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ling served as the Global Head of Talent development & Total Rewards and Head of Human Resources for Commercial Banking at JP Morgan Chase from 2020 to 2021, Chief Administrative Officer, Global Human Resources & Head of Human Resources from Commercial Banking from 2019 to 2020, and Head of Compensation & Benefits and Chief Administrative Officer from 2013 to 2019. Before her time at JP Morgan Chase, Ms. Ling served as the Deputy Head of Human Resourced at PNC from 2008 to 2013 and was Head of Compensation for Global Markets & Investment Banking and various other Human Resource positions at Merrill Lynch from 2000 to 2008. Ms. Ling currently serves on the Board at the International House and CareerWise New York, and previously served on the Corporate Advisory Board for USC Marshall and was a Board Member at the Financial Health Network.
