Charles W. Scharf has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Wells Fargo since 2019 and joined the Board of Directors at Microsoft in 2014. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Scharf served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation from 2018 to 2019 and Chief Executive Officer and Director from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Scharf served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Visa Inc. from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Scharf served as a Managing Director of JP Morgan Chase & Co’s private investment arm from 2011 to 2012 and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Financial Services from 2004 to 2011. Mr. Scharf served as the Chief Executive Officer of Retail Division of Bank One Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2002. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Scharf served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Global Corporate and Investment Bank Division of Citigroup Inc.

Steven D. Black has served on the Board of Directors at Wells Fargo since 2020 and Nasdaq, Inc. since 2011. Mr. Black was Co-CEO of Bregal Investments, a private equity firm, from September 2012 through December 2021. He was the Vice Chairman of JP Morgan Chase & Co. from March 2010 to February 2011 and a member of the firm’s Operating and Executive Committees. Prior to that position, Mr. Black was the Executive Chairman of JP Morgan Investment Bank from October 2009 to March 2010. Mr. Black served as Co-CEO of JP Morgan Investment Bank from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Black was the Deputy Co-CEO of JP Morgan Investment Bank from 2003 to 2004. He also served as head of JP Morgan Investment Bank’s Global Equities business from 2000 to 2003 following a career at Citigroup and its predecessor firms. Mr. Black has previously served on the Board of Directors at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation from 2018 to 2019
