Ansys CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Pledge. The company has frequently used its reputation and corporate dollars to promote LGBTQ organizations and causes. The CEO of Ansys Government Initiatives has signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Pledge (1). Ansys Government Initiative is an Organizational Advisory Council Member of oSTEM (2). AGI is a partner of the organization Pride in STEM (3). The Ansys Pride Alliance outlined events held at the company for Pride Month. These events include a “Conversation Cafe” focusing on bisexual pride, training on LGBT vocabulary and scenarios, and a “Coming Out in the Workplace” video (4). Ansys has also posted in support of Pride Month on its corporate LinkedIn account (5).

Ansys Government Initiatives notes in its Corporate Responsibility Report that is has increased its giving to the LGBT organization oSTEM (1). The Ansys Pride Alliance outlined funding to LGBT causes. This funding included $10,000 to LORI, a Croatian LGBT organization (2). Ansys has also donated $10,000 to The Persad Center, another LGBTQ organization (3).
