The CEO of Ansys Government Initiatives has signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Pledge (1). Ansys Government Initiative is an Organizational Advisory Council Member of oSTEM (2). AGI is a partner of the organization Pride in STEM (3). The Ansys Pride Alliance outlined events held at the company for Pride Month. These events include a “Conversation Cafe” focusing on bisexual pride, training on LGBT vocabulary and scenarios, and a “Coming Out in the Workplace” video (4). Ansys has also posted in support of Pride Month on its corporate LinkedIn account (5).
