First Horizon vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees. However, it has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. The company discriminates against some religious organizations in its charitable giving. However, it has not used its corporate dollars or PAC contributions for ideological purposes. For these reasons, First Horizon receives a Lower Risk rating.

First Horizon’s Corporate Responsibility Statement states that it will not drop customers engaged in enforcing federal immigration policy or the manufacture of firearms (4). First Horizon received a score of 75 on the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (5)(6).
