Summary:
IMPAX vets vendors for LGBTQ policies and does not provide its employees with protections against viewpoint discrimination. However, it has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. IMPAX supports ESG within its business practices and gave PTO to employees who volunteered for an LGBTQ Pride parade. However, IMPAX does not appear to discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving. For these reasons, IMPAX receives a Medium Risk rating.
