Lululemon fired an employee for posting offensive content on personal social media pages. The company does not protect its employees against viewpoint discrimination and has financially supported BLM and related causes. Lululemon signed the HRC's Business Statement on Anti-LGBTQ legislation and encourages attendees at corporate events to "resist capitalism." The company provides travel benefits for abortions and discriminates against religious organizations in its charitable giving. For these reasons, Lululemon receives a High Risk rating.

Lululemon announced that it “will continue to support our employees should they need to leave the state to access treatment related to their reproductive health and family planning.” (1). The company has pledged $300,000 to the Black Lives Matter movement and related causes (2)(3)(4). Lululemon has also donated to pro-abortion groups (5).
