Michelin has signed a Human Rights Campaign amicus brief in favor of sexual orientation and gender identity federal protections. Michelin's CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge and committed to being carbon neutral by 2050. However, Michelin does provide viewpoint protections for its employees.
