By complying with Human Rights Campaign’s controversial demands, R.R. Donnelley (RRD), increases the risk of dividing employees, alienating customers and harming shareholders. The company provides specific sexual orientation and gender identity-based benefits. It also uses sex and gender ideology in philanthropic support and forces employees to undergo multiple ideological trainings. RRD vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees. RRD's CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge.
