Corprate Bias Ratings
Wrike is a project management software company wholly owned by Citrix Systems. Citrix Systems has not fired employees for their religious and political views, although it has pledged to vet suppliers based on pro-LGBTQ policies. Citrix has signed onto a letter in support of the Equality Act as well. However, Citrix does not fund ideological groups hostile to freedom of expression or support partisan organizations. It does discriminate against religious charities. For these reasons, Citrix Systems receives a "Medium Risk" rating.

Citrix Gives, Citrix’s corporate giving program will not match employee donations to churches or religious organizations. Its Corporate Giving Program guidelines state, “Donations are made to nonprofit and non-governmental charitable organizations who are non-religious and non-political with an emphasis on diversity and globalization” (1).
