Wyndham vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not provide its employees with protections against viewpoint discrimination, However, Wyndham has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. The company supports the Equality Act, mandates unconscious bias training for employees, and is a corporate partner of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. Wyndham terminated a nonprofit discount for NRA members to avoid pressure from gun control advocates. However, Wyndham has not used its PAC contributions for ideological purposes. For these reasons, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts receives a Medium Risk rating.
