Key Statements

“We continue to think that the way to solve illegal immigration is by building a higher wall. We will not solve illegal immigration until we have a system that doesn't require illegal immigration, unless we have a legal system that eliminates the need for illegal immigration. That's just one concept that I would hope that we can grasp, because without that, if we continue to think that it's about border security, border security, we're not going to fix this problem. On the 11 million illegal, what I would say is we're not going to deport 11 million people, and we're not going to give them a passport. So there's someplace in between, and I think legalization is the right way to go.”

“I have two resumes in front of me, Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton. I'm going with this one. Hillary Clinton. It is a lot better for the country. It is less risky. I think a Trump presidency, in spite of the fact that he's a Republican, is dangerous.”
