1792 Exchange, Observatoire du Wokisme Forge Transatlantic Alliance to Combat Corporate Ideological Capture
SPRINGBORO, OH – PARIS, FRANCE — 1792 Exchange announced a strategic collaboration today with France’s Observatoire du Wokisme, the leading French watchdog monitoring ideological bias in institutions and corporate governance. This historic exchange marks a new phase of transatlantic cooperation between U.S. and French advocates in addressing the global spread of “stakeholder” capitalism.
As part of the collaboration, 1792 Exchange has exported its data on Fortune 500 companies, as featured in its widely cited Corporate Bias Ratings, to be integrated into the Observatoire’s Index du Wokisme en Entreprise. This data will enable French policymakers, media, shareholders, and consumers to assess the ideological bias of multinational corporations in both the American and European markets.
“France has been the United States’ oldest ally, so it is fitting that we should unite to defend our nations against threats to our essential freedoms,” said Daniel Cameron, CEO of 1792 Exchange. “Today, our shared foe is a radical ideological movement that employs the governance of multinational corporations to replace the very foundations of our republics, freedom of conscience, and equality under the law, with equity of outcome and forced political conformity. This collaboration enables concerned citizens in both nations to strengthen their defenses against ideological coercion.”
Olivier Vial, founder of Observatoire du Wokisme, remarked, “This development affirms that the citizens of France are not alone in confronting the corrosive influence of wokism in public life. By integrating the insights of our American allies at 1792 Exchange, we aim to equip French citizens and lawmakers with global intelligence on the ideological bias thrust upon us by woke multinational corporations, and to work toward policies grounded in common sense and national sovereignty.”
The comprehensive Corporate Bias Ratings database from 1792 Exchange, which encompasses over 3,400 companies, is publicly available at 1792exchange.com. The Index du Wokisme en Entreprise platform, which analyzes the ideological influence of corporations in the French business sector, can be found at observatoireduwokisme.fr.
1792 Exchange is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing policies and resources that protect and equip non-profits, small businesses, and philanthropy from ideologically unbalanced corporations. It aims to educate Congress and stakeholder organizations about the dangers of radical environmental, social, and governance policies while helping steer public companies in the United States back to a neutral stance on ideological issues best addressed by elected representatives, so they can best serve their shareholders and customers with excellence and integrity.
The Observatoire du Wokisme was established to expose and counter the infiltration of woke ideology in French institutions, including universities, the media, and private enterprises. It is led by its founder Olivier Vial, Director of CERU, the Centre d’Études et de Recherches Universitaires (University Study and Research Center), and author of “Wokism, the Ultimate Stage of Deconstruction.”
The Observatory publishes investigative reports and develops educational tools to equip citizens and lawmakers with the means to restore national cohesion and civic rationality.
This collaboration reflects a shared understanding that corporate entities, particularly multinational firms, often adopt ideological positions that bypass democratic accountability and force radical cultural change against the will of the electorate. From ESG mandates to DEI quotas, ideological radicalism has been imposed by large multinational corporations, undermining the freedoms of shareholders, employees, vendors, and consumers on both sides of the Atlantic.
Both organizations will continue to publish updated analyses of corporate behavior in the United States and France. Their shared mission is to create a resilient transatlantic front against the ideological capture of the marketplace, affirming that liberty is not a cultural relic but a civic necessity.
Daniel Cameron concluded, “1792 Exchange also invites inquiries from think tanks around the world who would like to develop their own Corporate Bias Ratings systems. We believe that this is a resource needed by all free peoples to understand the impact that corporations have on their society.”
