The VPIC is comprised of 8 voting Commissioners: 1 is appointed by each of the State Retirement Systems, 1 is the State Treasurer or designee, 2 are appointed by the Governor, and 1 each by the Vermont School Board Association and the Vermont League of Cities and Towns.

  • VPIC discloses its specific proxy voting records on this website. VPIC has not yet published its 2023 voting records.
