Carlos M. Gutierrez
Carlos M. Gutierrez joined the Board of Directors at MetLife in 2013 and Occidental Petroleum Corporation in 2009. Mr. Gutierrez has served as Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of EmPath since 2020. Mr. Gutierrez previously served on the Board of Directors at Exelon Corporation from 2021 to 2023, PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2017 to 2021, Time Warner from 2013 to 2018, Corning Incorporated from 2009 to 2012, United Technologies from 2009 to 2010, and Colgate-Palmolive from 2002 to 2005.
Mr. Gutierrez was the Co-Chair of The Albright Stonebridge Group from 2014 to 2020 and Vice Chair from 2013 to 2014 and Vice Chair of Institutional Client Group at Citigroup from 2011 to 2013 and Chairman and Founding Consultant of Global Political Strategies from 2010 to 2011 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Kellogg Company from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Gutierrez previously served as the U.S. Secretary of Commerce from 2005 to 2009 and lead the Creation of the Republicans for Immigration Reform SuperPAC in 2012. Mr. Gutierrez has been the Chairman of the National Foreign Trade Council since 2017.
