Biography:

Charles F. Lowrey has served as the Chairman of Prudential Financial since 2019 and Chief Executive Officer since 2018. Mr. Lowrey has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of International Business from 2014 to 2018 and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of U.S. Businesses from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Lowrey served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Investment Management from 2008 to 2011 and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Real Estate Investors from 2001 to 2008. Before joining Prudential, Mr. Lowrey served as a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan from 1988 to 2001.
