Biography:

Dina Dublon has served on the Board of Directors at PepsiCo since 2005. Ms. Dublon has also served as a Corporate Directors at T. Rowe Price Group since 2019 and has served on the Board of Directors at Motive Capital Corp II since 2021 and Motive Capital Corp I from 2018 to 2021. Ms. Dublon previously served on the Supervisory Board and was Chair of the Risk Committee at Deutsche Bank AG from 2013 to 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors at Microsoft from 2005 to 2014 and Accenture from 2001 to 2017.
From 1989 to 2004, Ms. Dublon served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JP Morgan, serving in various other leadership roles prior to the appointment including Corporate Treasurer, Managing Director of the Financial Institutions division and Head of Asset Liability Management.
