Douglas A. Scovanner

Douglas A. Scovanner joined the Board of Directors of Prudential Financial in 2013. Mr. Scovanner is a Managing Member of Comprehensive Financial Strategy LLC, which he founded in 2013. Mr. Scovanner previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Target Corporation from 1994 to 2012, adding Executive Vice President to his title in 2000 till his retirement in 2012. Prior to joining Target Corporation, Mr. Scovanner held various management positions at The Fleming Companies, Inc., Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, and the Ford Motor Company.
