Gilbert F. Casellas
Gilbert F. Casellas joined the board of Directors at Prudential Financial in 2001 and Prudential Insurance in 1998. Mr. Casellas has served as a member of the External Diversity & Inclusion Council at T-Mobile since 2018 and a Private Investor at Pine Place Capital since 2018 and Joint Diversity Council since 2011 and a member of the Diversity Advisory Board at Toyota Motors North America since 2007 and a Principal at Casellas & Associates LLC since 1999. Previously, Mr. Casellas served on the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board of Procter & Gamble from 2015 to 2020 and The Board of Directors Advisory Council at Diversified Search from 2012 to 2021 and Chairman of Omnitu Technology LLC from 2011 to 2017. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Casellas was appointed by President Obama to serve on the Military Leadership Diversity Commission. Mr. Casellas served as the Vice President of Corporate Responsibility and Chief Diversity Officer of Dell Inc from 2007 to 2010 and a member of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo from 2005 to 2007 and a member of the Diversity Task Force at The Coca-Cola Company from 2001 to 2006 and President and Chief Operating Officer of The Swarthmore Group from 1999 to 2000 and a Partner at McConnell Valdes in 1998. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Casellas served as the Co-Chairman of the of the U.S. Census Monitoring Board and Served as the Chairman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from 1994 to 1998 and was appointed by President Clinton as the General Counsel of the United States Department of the Air Force from 1993 to 1994 and was a Partner at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads LLP from 1980 to 1993 and was a Law Clerk for the Honorable A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia from 1978 to 1980. Mr. Casellas has served on the board at the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership since 2020 and the Board of Trustees at the Pan American Development Foundation since 2019 and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations since 2013 and Trustee Emeritus at the University of Pennsylvania since 1996. Previously, Mr. Casellas served on the board at the Latino Corporate Directors Association from 2014 t0 2019 and the American Arbitration Association 1999 to 2010 and a Trustee at the National Constitution Center from 1999 to 2008 and the board of the Puerto Rican Legal Defense & Education Fund 1998 to 2002 and the National President of the Hispanic National Bar Association (prior) National President from 1984 to 1985
