Biography:

John Dion became Chief Technology Officer for Ford Motor Company in April 2023. He also serves as the Executive Coach and Teaching Associate at the Columbia Business School, a position he has held since December 2021. Before his time at Ford, Mr. Dion was Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer as the ESAB Corporation from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, he was a Process Consultant and Executive Coach at ESAB/Colfax from February 2022 to May 2022. Mr. Dion also has experience as a Process Consultant and Executive Coach at PHC Holdings Corporation, a position he held from February 2022 to May 2022. Prior to his time there, he was at Danaher Corporation, as Chief Transition Officer and Danaher Business System Leader over the Cytiva/GE Biopharma acquisition from April 2019 to May 2021, as the Senior Vice President of Service and Customer Service for Danaher Business Systems from May 2016 to April 2019, as Chief Transition Officer of the Pall acquisition from July 2015 to May 2016, as the Senior Vice President of Global Services and Microbiology (for Beckman Coulter) from September 2011 to July 2015, as the President over Asia from September 2008 to September 2011, as the Vice President and General Manager of North America and Global Accounts from April 2007 to September 2008, as Vice President of Global Service from January 2001 to April 2007, and as Director of Service Operations from November 1997 to January 2001.
