“From the frontline perspective, a lot of our jobs on the ground, whether it's customer service or our airport teams, our technicians, these are really great jobs and we are really interested in increasing our diversity. Our women technicians, we have 3% of our technicians are women, which really need to do something about. We have 7% of the pilots. I think we're one of the industry leaders in pilots. And increasing that diversity, not just from women, but also people of color, is something that we are really focused on.”<br />

[Referring to United's Employee Resource Group] "And they do everything now, whether it's helping us with policies, as I mentioned, the hybrid environment or LGBTQ rights or Roe v. Wade. Our BRG has been advising on that. But then they're also, and I hesitate to throw this out, but they help us on recruiting a ton. And I'm not sure that I don't know if other companies do that, but they are powerful on the recruiting… And so our BRG's bring them in and then my talent acquisition team makes sure they get in. So it's a really powerful combination."
