Katie Young brings over 11 years of invaluable experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Operation Services and Global Growth and Development at Starbucks. Having previously worked with McKinsey & Company, Young has demonstrated her commitment to driving operational excellence and facilitating global growth. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Kenyon College, complemented by a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Katie Young actively supports the missions of Global Washington and The Trust for Public Land. She has donated $750 to Democrat related causes.
