Mark A. Chancy

Mark A. Chancy joined the Board of Directors of Wells Fargo and EVO Payments, Inc. since 2020. Mr. Chancy served as vice Chair and consumer segment executive of SunTrust Banks, Inc. from April 2017, and co-chief operating officer from February 2018 until he retired in December 2019. Mr. Chancy served as Executive Vice President and Wholesale Banking Executive of SunTrust’s wholesale banking segment from April 2011 to April 2017 and Chief Financial Officer from August 2004 to April 2011 and Treasurer from July 2001 until August 2004. Mr. Chancy previously served as Chief Financial Officer of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc., which was purchased by SunTrust in 2001. Mr. Chancy serves on the Board of Trustees at the Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, Inc. and the Board of Directors at Westside Futures Fund, Inc.
