Neesha Hathi

Neesha Hathi joined the Board of Directors at The Cigna Group in 2021 and has served as the Managing Director and head of Wealth & Advise Solutions at Charles Schwab since 2022. Ms. Hathi served as the Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director of Charles Schwab from 2017 to 2022 and Executive Vice President of Investor Services, Platforms, Strategy & Client Experience from 2016 to 2017 and Senior Vice President and Vice President of Advisor services and Chief Operating Officer of Schwab Performance Technologies from 2009 to 2016. From 2007 to 2009, Ms. Hathi served as the Vice President of Strategy at Charales Schwab and Director of Strategy from 2004 to 2007 and Senior Manger and Segment Manager in 2004. Before her time at Charles Schwab, Ms. Hathi served as the Director of Marketing at Enuvis from 2000 to 2002. Ms. Hathi has served on the Board of Directors of the Charles Schwab Foundation since 2022 and is on the Advisory board for the University of California, Los Angeles Morrison Center for Marketing & Data Analytics.
