"Last year we said if you want a grant from us you have to tell me how you're thinking about diversity. The point being in rural America because you don't have to think about it. You don't want to. Quite honestly that's not rubbing against anybody. You don't have to. I want you to know does your board represent your community? Do you have training on? I just you seem to tell me how you're thinking about diversity. I'll still give you money but if you don't even want to answer that question then we're not going to give the Up Foundation money."
