Vicki A. O’Meara

Vicki O’Meara has served on the State Farm Board since June 2017. Since 2018, she has served as Strategic Advisor for AdSwerve Inc and since 2019, she has served on the Board for Black & Veatch. From 2014-2018, she was President and CEO at AnalyticsPros. She served for five years in three roles at Pitney & Bowes Inc; from 2010-2013, she was President of Services Solutions, from 2008-2013, she was the EVP for Government Affairs and from 2008-2010 she was the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. From 2005-2007 she was President of Supply Chain Solutions at Ryder System Inc. From 2003-2005, she was Chief of Corporate Operations at Ryder and from 1997-2006, she was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. From 1988-1997 she was Partner at JonesDay and from 1992-1993 she served at the U.S. Department of Justice as the Acting Assistant Attorney General, dominated by former President George H.W. Bush. From 1987-1988 she served as the Deputy General Counsel at the Environmental Protection Agency and from 1986-1987 she was a White House Fellow. From 1982-1986 Vicki identified herself as an Assistant to the Army General Counsel and an Army Captain Attorney in the Honors Program in the Office of the Secretary.
