William B. Rutherford

William B. Rutherford serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HCA Healthcare. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Rutherford served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Outpatient Services Group from 2008 to 2008. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Rutherford served as the Chief Operating Officer of Psychiatric Solutions, taking a brief stint away from HCA Healthcare. Mr. Rutherford served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Eastern Group of HCA Healthcare from 1996 to 2005 and joined the company as a Staff Auditor in 1986. Mr. Rutherford serves on the board at Students Taking a Right to Stand and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rutherford previously served on the board at the Center for Non-Profit Management and the YMCA Joe C. Davis Outdoor Center.
