Gartner forces employees to undergo multiple ideological trainings and uses its reputation, corporate funds, and political influence to support controversial sex and gender ideologies, organizations, and legislation. Gartner has advocated for continued abortion access post-Roe. The company pushes DEI as a "top of mind" priority for HR departments. For these reasons, Gartner receives a High Risk rating.
