Robert D. Isom, Jr. serves as a Board Member and CEO of American Airlines Group. Based in Fort Worth, TX, Isom has been associated with American Airlines Group for 17 years. Gregory D. Smith joined the Board of Directors for Intel in March 2017. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for America Airlines Group since January 2022 and is on the Board of Directors for Sierra Space. He currently serves as the President and Founder of Sea3 Ent LLC. Prior to this he was with The Boeing Company as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Performance & Strategy from July 2017 to July 2021; Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy from February 2015 to July 2017; Executive Vice President from February 2012 to February 2015; Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to July 2021; Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Finance from February 2010 to 2011; and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from June 2008 to February 2010. Prior to this he was Vice President of Global Investor Relations at Raytheon Company from August 2004 to June 2008. Before his time at Raytheon Mr. Smith was with The Boeing Company and served in various leadership roles in supply chain, factory operations, finance, and program management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation and Northwestern Memorial Healthcare.
