Jay Debertin serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CHS and has been with the company for 39 years. Jay has also been involved with other corporate affiliations, including Ventura Foods LLC and Securian Financial.

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Dakota Grand Forks and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. In terms of political affiliations and contributions, Jay Debertin has not made any public donations to either the Republican or Democrat parties.

Apart from his corporate roles, Jay has a significant involvement in non-profit organizations. He has been associated with the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, reflecting his commitment to supporting agricultural and cooperative initiatives. Additionally, he has had past involvement with the Minnesota Opera.

Dan Schurr currently holds the position of President at Sycamore Creek Farms, located in Le Claire, Iowa, where he has been employed for 37 years. He has also been involved with several corporate affiliations, including Chair of CHS, Blackhawk Bank & Trust, Miller Repair LLC (prior), River Valley Cooperative (prior), and Great River Bank & Trust (prior), with tenures ranging from 4 to 17 years.

Outside of his corporate roles, Dan has been associated with non-profit organizations such as Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area (prior) and Pleasant Valley Community School District (prior). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/ Managerial Economics from Iowa State University.
