Alberto Weisser

Alberto Weisser joined the Board of Directors at PepsiCo in 2011. Mr. Walker has also served on the Supervisory Board at Bayer AG and the Board of Directors at Linde Plc since 2021 and on the Americas Advisory Panel of Temasek International Pte. Ltd since 2016. Mr. Walker served as a Senior Advisor at Lazard Ltd. From 2015 to 2018. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Walker served on the Board of Directors at Ferro Corporation and was a Director at the International Paper Company from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Weisser served in various financial positions at BASF Group prior to his appointment to Chief Financial Officer of Bunger Limited from 1993 to 1999 and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 1999 to 2013 and Executive Chair in 2013. Mr. Walker served on the Board of Directors at the Americas Society from 2009 to 2021. He holds a B.A. from University of Sao Paulo.
