Biography:

Amy E. Alving has served on the Board of Directors at Fannie Mae since 2013. Ms. Alving has also served on the Board of Directors at DXC Technology since 2017, Howmet Aerospace since 2020, and the Board of Trustees at Princeton University since 2019. From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Alving previously served on the Board of Directors at Arconic from 2018 to 2020 and Pall Corporation from 2010 to 2015. Ms. Alving served as the Chief Technology Officer of Leidos from 2007 to 2013 and Chief Scientist in 2007 and Chief Technology Officer from 2005 to 2007. From 1997 to 1998, Ms. Alving served as a White House Fellow and served as an Associate Professor of Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics from 1990 to 1999.
