Amy Lane

Amy Lane is a current board member of FedEx serving as a Member of the Audit & Finance Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. She is the former Managing Director and Group Leader of the Global Retailing Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., a position she held from 1997 until her retirement in 2002. She previously served as a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers, Inc., where she founded and led the retail industry investment banking unit, having joined Salomon Brothers in 1989. She currently serves as a director of NextEra Energy, Inc. and TJX Companies Inc. She also previously served as a director of GNC Holdings, Inc. and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Urban Edge Properties.
