Arlette Guthrie

Arlette Guthrie became Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Home Depot in October 2020. Before that, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Non-store, Online, Marketing, OSS, and All Corporate Functions from October 2015 to October 2020, Vice President of Human Resources for Merchandising, Supply Chain, Online, and Marketing from March 2007 to October 2015, Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Functions from December 2005 to March 2007, Vice President of Talent Management and Chief Diversity Officer from June 2004 to December 2005, and Intern and Additional Human Resources Roles from February 1999 to June 2004. Before that, Mrs. Guthrie was a Research Practitioner at Texas A&M University from January 1993 to January 1999.
