Arvind Krishna

Arvind Krishna has been Chairman of IBM since January 2021 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2020. He has served on the Board of Directors for Northrop Grumman since 2022 and The Federal Reserve Bank of New York since May 2022. Previously Mr. Krishna served IBM as Senior Vice President of Cloud and Cognitive Software from January 2019 to April 2020; Senior Vice President of Hybrid Cloud and Director of IBM Research from January 2015 to January 2019; General Manager of Development and Manufacturing in the Systems and Technology Group from January 2013 to December 2014; and General Manager of Information and Management Software from August 2009 to December 2012. He began his career at IBM’s Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Security/Tivoli Products and Database/Warehouse Products from December 1990 to July 2009.
