There are so many topics I can talk about as to what we are doing, but one that comes to mind is inclusion and diversity. This is core to what we are. We think it's a core part of our culture. And frankly, our secret sauce is a competitive advantage. And we've been working at this for many, many years and we've made great progress. But again, given what we've seen in the world with racism and what's going on, we want to make sure that we are doing more and where we can provide more value and more support… But there's lots to do, not only at TD, but all companies, all societies, because we cannot live in a polarized world where there's systemic racism.
