Bill Pappas

Bill Pappas has served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Technology and Operations at MetLife since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Pappas served as the Head of Global Operation at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2016 to 2019, Chief Information Officer from 2010 to 2016, Head of Global Service and Operations of Treasury and Credit Products from 2008 to 2010, Head of Global Payments Operations from 2005 to 2007, and Head of Global Quality and Productivity Executive for Technology and Operations from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Pappas served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Senior Audit Executive at GE Capital from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Pappas has served as on the Bentley University Chair of IT and Cyber Committee since 2021 and a member of Forbes Technology Council since 2021 and is a member of the Gartner Research Board CIO Council since 2021 and a Board Member of the Opera of Carolinas. Mr. Pappas was previously a member of the Federal Reserve bank of New York Board of Directors from 2015 to 2018.
