Bjorn Berneman

Bjorn Berneman has served as the President of PepsiCo International Beverage Franchise since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Berneman served as the Senior Vice President of Beverage Strategy in Europe for PepsiCo in 2021, Senior Vice President and General Manager of East Europe Beverages from 2019 to 2021, Vice President and General Manager of PepsiCo Lipton Europe and Sub-Sahara Africa from 2017 to 2019, Vice President and General Manager of Tropicana North America from 2015 to 2017, General Manager of Nordics, Western Europe and South Africa Franchise Development from 2014 to 2015, General Manager of the Nordics from 2011 to 2014, and Chief Financial Officers of PepsiCo Nordic operations from 2009 to 2011. Before joining PepsiCo Mr. Berneman served as the Financial Operations Manager of Home Care in Western Europe at Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2009, Finance Manager of Beauty Care in the Nordics from 2005 to 2007, Finance Manager of Pads in Western Europe from 2003 to 2005, Manager of Western Europe Intercompany Billings in 2003, and Manager of Western Europe Overhead Cost Controlling from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Berneman previously served on the Board of Directors at Kezzler from 2020 to 2023 and BuiltOn from 2019 to 2022.
