Biography:

Brandi Joplin became the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sam’s Club in August 2019. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Joplin served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Walmart from October 2016 to August 2019. Ms. Joplin also served as the Vice President and international Controller of Walmart from February 2015 to September 2016 and Vice President of Global internal Audit Services from 2009 to 2015. Prior to her time at Walmart, Ms. Joplin worked at Alltel as the Vice President of Accounting and Finance from 2007 to 2009. Ms. Joplin also served as the Vice President of Internal Audit from 2002 to 2007 and as the Director of General Accounting from 2000 to 2002. From 1995 to 2000, Ms. Joplin served in multiple accounting leadership positions. Ms. Joplin currently serves on multiple boards, including Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Arkansas’ Business School, and the Data Science Advisory board at the University of Arkansas.
