Caroline Feeney

Caroline Feeney has served as the Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Businesses since January 2023. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Feeney served as the Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Insurance & Retirement Business from 2021 to 2023. Previously, Ms. Feeney served as the Chief Executive Officer of Individual solutions, President of Prudential Advisors, and President of Individual Life Insurance. She spent time in field leadership roles during her 29-year career at Prudential Financial. Ms. Feeney is a member of the Board of Trustees at The American College.
