Catherine R. Kinney

Catherine R. Kinney joined the Board of Directors at MetLife in 2009. Ms. Kinney has also served on the Board of Directors at SolarWinds Corporation since 2018 and MSCI Inc. since 2009. Ms. Kinney previously served on the Board of Directors at QTS Realty Trust, Inc. from 2013 to 2021. Ms. Kinney retired from NYSE Euronext in 2009 after serving as the President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of NYSE from 2002 to 2008. Ms. Kinney joined the NYSE in 1974, holding management positions with responsibility for several divisions, which include client relations from 1996 to 2007, trading floor operations and technology from 1987 to 1996 and regulation from 2002 to 2004.
