Cheryl Ainoa

Cheryl Ainoa became the Executive Vice President of New Business and Emerging Technology at Walmart, Inc. in April 2023. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ainoa served as the Senior Vice President of New Business, Emerging Technology, and Core Retail Services at Walmart, Inc. from March 2020 to April 2023. Ms. Ainoa also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Desire2Learn (D2L) from 2016 to 2020. Before Joining D2L, Ms. Ainoa worked at Intuit as the Senior Vice President of Product Development from 2011 to 2015. From June 2014 to December 2014, Ms. Ainoa was a member of the Board of Directors at Move, Inc. Ms. Ainoa also served as the Senior Vice President of Global Service Engineering at Yahoo! from 2009 to 2011 and Vice President II of Media Engineering from 2004 to 2009 and Senior Director of Engineering & Technology Services from 2003 to 2004. Prior to Yahoo!, Ms. Ainoa was the Vice President of Product Development at A&E Television Networks from 1998 to 2003. Ms. Ainoa was the Senior Engineer Manager at Healtheon and Informix from 1997 to 1998 and 1994 to 1997, respectively.
